                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR OF 
                  THE GENERAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT TO ENTER INTO 
                  A CONTRACT WITH CHATTANOOGA VALLEY AUDIO AND 
                  VIDEO CONSULTING, RELATIVE TO THE BESSIE SMITH 
                  HALL, FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED SEVENTEEN 
                  THOUSAND, SEVEN HUNDRED FORTY-SIX AND 98/100 
                  DOLLARS ($17,746.98).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the General 
       Services Department be and is hereby authorized to enter into a 
       Contract with Chattanooga Valley Audio and Video Consulting, 
       relative to the Bessie Smith Hall, for an amount not to exceed 
       $17,746.98.
